By accessing and using Airmates, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Airmates provides a cloud-based flying club management platform including scheduling, billing, training management, fleet management, and community features.

3. Subscription & Billing

Our service is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis with per-aircraft pricing. All plans include a 30-day free trial. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Airmates. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Airmates is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
